HISTORY
Since 1924, St. Jane De Chantal has served as a pillar of stability, noble beauty, and transcendence. The church was designed by Theodore Brune and is reminiscent of the revivalist style that characterized Brune’s work. Throughout St. Jane’s history, it has undergone many renovations, building changes, and parish growth.
OUR WORK
Considering St. Jane De Chantal’s centennial celebration, St. Jane parish engaged Sainte-Chapelle Studios perform a feasibility study of the 100 year old church building to ensure its preservation for future generations. The study assessed the building's structural integrity, historical significance, and potential for modernization while maintaining its original character. By identifying necessary repairs and upgrades, the study helped prioritize funding and restoration efforts, ensuring the church remains safe, functional, and sacred. Additionally, it helped guide the integration of sustainable practices that enhance the church's longevity. Ultimately, the feasibility study served as a vital step in safeguarding the church’s heritage and fostering the community's worship of God for years to come.
